These are a few sketches from a few sketchbooks shit in a few moments without much thought. I've been working toward doing finished drawings again, as i complete them i intend to share. All of these are done without external reference (exceptions are the Joao Ruas study and the Toshiro Mifune portraits)

Where is the paranoia? The angst? The low self esteem and poor self image as an artist? I feel born anew as a capable and optimistic creative. I've found the avenues to achieve what i wish in 2-D art. Thinking of another day at the easel, I'm as excited as a kid on X-mas eve!
